ER410NiMo Filler Wire is a Martensitic Stainless Steel Welding Filler Metal containing approximately 12% Chromium, 4-5% Nickel and 0.5% Molybdenum, specifically designed for welding CA6NM cast stainless steels and other 13Cr-4Ni martensitic stainless steels. It offers excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance, and mechanical strength after post-weld heat treatment.

TIG 410NiMo is a TIG rod formulated for welding AISI 410NiMo type martensitic stainless steels. These self-hardening steels typically require preheating and post-weld heat treatment to ensure ductility and avoid cracking. This filler metal offers extra-low carbon levels to enhance weldability and improve resistance to cracking over standard 410 wires. It is commonly used for casting repairs and joining wrought materials in high-strength, corrosion-resistant applications. Preheat and inter-pass temperatures of at least 300°F are recommended. Post-weld heat treatment should not exceed 1150°F to avoid embrittlement.
