1.2365 Flat Bars / AISI H10 / 32CrMoV12-28 Flat Bars
1.2365 Flat Bars is one of chromium Hot Work Tool Steel that exhibits excellent resistance to softening at elevated temperature also known as AISI H10 Tool Steel.
1.2365 / H10 Tool Steel is capable of being heat treated to higher hardness than the tungsten hot work steels, and in addition offers greater toughness. 1.2365 / H10 tool steel has good thermal fatigue characteristics, and unlike the tungsten hot work steels and H10 hot work tool steels may be safely water cooled in service.
H10 hot works tool steel is recommended for difficult hot work tooling applications such as hot punches, die casting dies, forging dies, hot shear blades, hot gripper dies, and extrusion tooling etc.
1.2365 (DM3) steel is hot work tool steel with high thermal stability and good thermal conductivity, water cooling possible. For toughest application also available in EFS and ESR. Similar to AISI H10.
1.2365 (32CrMoV12-28) Tool Steel is used as an extrusion press container in the extrusion pressing of metals like copper and brass, in embossing thrust shafts and molds, as cores in hot forging molds, in metal injection molds, in water-cooled hot shear blades, and in the production of hot products like bolts and nuts.
