ER2594 Welding Filler Wire / Duplex Filler Wire TIG & MIG
ER2594 Welding Filler Wire is a high-performance Super Duplex Stainless Steel filler metal designed for welding UNS S32750 (2507), UNS S32760 (Zeron 100), ASTM A890 castings, and other super duplex stainless steels. Classified under AWS A5.9 ER2594 / ASME SFA 5.9, this filler wire offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and chloride attack while maintaining excellent mechanical strength. Its alloy chemistry is optimized with approximately 25% Chromium, 9% Nickel, 4% Molybdenum, and Nitrogen to produce balanced ferrite and austenite phases in the weld.
